Eligibility
- The rebate is available to current AMP account holders only
- The LED fixture rebate is available for Energy Star certified LED fixture(s)
- LED fixtures must be installed at your Alameda residence
- Application must include an image of your receipt
- Application must be fully completed
Terms & Conditions
- Effective date of this program is January 1, 2016. Only purchases made on or after the start date are eligible.
- The LED fixture(s) must be NEW and installed at customer’s service address
- The rebates are available only to current AMP customers
- The rebate amount cannot exceed pre-tax purchase price
- Rebate applications must be submitted within 60 days of the date of purchase
- Customer agrees that AMP reserves the right to inspect the installation premises of the LED fixture(s) for 24 months after the date of application or request additional documentation prior to rebate payment. Rebate may be denied by AMP if this condition is not met by the customer.
- Customer is solely responsible for installation of all rebated products to the manufacturer's specifications
TO QUALIFY, THE PRODUCTS APPLIED FOR MUST BE ENERGY STAR-CERTIFIED. NO REBATES WILL BE GIVEN FOR NON-ENERGY STAR PRODUCTS.
