Rebate Amount
- If brightness is less than 1,000 lumens, receive a rebate reward card with $3 per Energy Star certified light bulb
- If brightness is greater than 1,000 lumens, receive a rebate reward card with $10 per Energy Star certified LED light bulb

Eligibility
- The rebate is available to current AMP account holders only
- The LED rebate is available for Energy Star certified bulbs
- LEDs must be installed at your Alameda residence
- Application must include an image of your receipt
- Application must be fully completed
Terms & Conditions
- Minimum of two LED bulbs per application
- Maximum of 50 LED bulbs per AMP account per year
- LEDs that are part of AMP’s (in-store) Instant Rebate Program cannot receive a second rebate
- Effective date of this program is January 1, 2016. Only purchases made on or after the start date are eligible.
- The LED light bulbs must be NEW and installed at customer’s service address
- The rebates are available only to current AMP customers
- The rebate amount cannot exceed pre-tax purchase price
- Rebate applications must be submitted within 60 days of the date of purchase
- Customer agrees that AMP reserves the right to inspect the installation premises of the LED light bulbs for 24 months after the date of application or request additional documentation prior to rebate payment. Rebate may be denied by AMP if this condition is not met by the customer.
- Customer is solely responsible for installation of all rebated products to the manufacturer’s specifications
TO QUALIFY, THE PRODUCTS APPLIED FOR MUST BE ENERGY STAR-CERTIFIED. NO REBATES WILL BE GIVEN FOR NON-ENERGY STAR PRODUCTS.
